1、基本个人信息
姓名;来自的学校和地区;敬语，例如：很荣幸参加今天的面试。一定要表现出自己的素质很高，一定不要给考官留下一种自傲的印象;另外介绍自己姓名时语言简洁，清楚就可以了。
2、个人经历及优势
学习情况;社会活动;个性;爱好;不一定要把自己各个方面都说一遍，选择自己最强的一项去展示，具体说说，强调自己在参与过程中的思考和感受。
3、对高校的认识
提前做一些对你向往的高校的功课，不要仅仅是在某篇新闻上看到了就拿来说，一定要知道为什么向往这所学校;为什么报考这个专业;自己未来的规划是什么。注意对于这类问题，一定要对报考的大学和你想报考的专业有真正的了解，否则不要信口开河。
自我介绍的套路与技巧
在自我介绍的唯一技巧就在于多样准备，按照套路进行自我介绍。
建议使用自我介绍三段论，其内容包括：
1、个人基本信息
2、个人经历、优势或者生活中的思考;
3、选择本校的原因、选择本专业的原因等。
其中第3项中的两点只需要选择其中一点进行详细介绍即可。但是并不是说另外一定内容就不需要准备，因为面试官对于自我介绍的要求会时有变化。有时候，面试官会说：“我非常想在你们的自我介绍中听到你们为什么选择所填报的专业。”

自我介绍的注意点
1、把握基本原则
高校考官们想看到的是学生们的思考以及自己的想法，而并不是讲述自己有多么多么的厉害，不要堆砌经历与奖项，要谦虚礼貌。即使没有丰富的经历时，也可以谈谈自己的思考，思考一些发生在自己身边的事情，对待一些事物的态度，对人生的思考。
2、熟悉报考的学校和专业
不是只知道学校的校训就行了，学校的历史、对社会的贡献、教育的理念、知名校长、考生最崇拜的校友、强势的专业等，都需要有一定的了解，事先准备。当然对于想选择的专业，可以了解这个专业的教授，甚至去了解一下他们学术研究的方向。
3、详略得当，控制时间
把亮点放在前面，合理展开。时间的把握非常重要，在准备的时候，个人基本信息和经历陈述加起来用时不超过40秒，对大学的认识陈述用时30~40秒比较合适。自我介绍总的时间长度就是1分10秒左右，不能再长了。
4、语速自然
自我介绍一定是准备过的，但是一定不要有一种背过的痕迹。说话语速不要太快，因为人紧张的时候语速很容易变快，而语速太快更容易出错。
5、灵活变通
很多学校也许并不要求学生直接进行自我介绍，而是变相了解考生的基本情况。比如会让考生以“为什么选择xx大学”为主题来介绍自己。这时如果自我介绍准备的太固定就很容易不知所措。所以，自我介绍不应该是一个僵硬的整体，而应该是灵活可拆的部分组成的。
